What is Compression Pump Therapy?

Compression pump therapy also know as Sequential Intermittent Pneumatic Compression (SIPC) therapy is the process of applying external pressure to the limbs to promote the circulation of blood an lymphatic fluid to and from the extremities of the body.

What can SIPC be used for?

SIPC can be used in the management of various vascular issue such as:

  • Lymphoedema

  • Lipoedema

  • Diabetic foot ulcers

  • Chronic venous insufficiency

  • Venous ulceration
