​Our SOZO Bioimpedance Spectroscopy (BIS) device is an advanced Body Analysis scale that accurately measures extracellular and intracellular fluid volume to aid in the assessment and intervention of Lymphoedema.SOZO is the world's most advanced tissue analysis device that incorporates L-Dex technology, can deliver a precise snapshot of fluid changes as small as 2.4 teaspoons and tissue composition in less than 30 seconds.Measurements are made by passing 256 frequencies through the body's fluid via a harmless and pain-free electrical signal. Patients receive a baseline measurement before treatment commences or as soon as possible and then are re-tested to check for the presence of Lymphoedema developing which can indicate when intervention should be required. Recently published results from the PREVENT Trial showed that 92% of patients with early detection using L-Dex and invention did not progress to chronic lymphoedema through three years.
